Survey work stalls between collection and insight: the responses arrive, and then someone has to wrangle them into something that can actually be analysed.
What we built
A questionnaire builder paired with answer analysis, so survey design and the reporting on its results lived in the same tool. It stayed in service for sixteen years before being retired.
